IVOR is a free action game created by indie dev MoonMuse Jams for PC. It's a first-person shooter inspired by Norse mythology and features low-poly style graphics and art style. Players will take on the role of The Drengr as they face an undead army released by the Al-Father.
IVOR is one of the recent games that pay tribute to the classic 90s shooters like Doom and Quake, and their various incarnations in the form of DOOM Plutonia or Quake: The Offering. Players will need to keep moving and find weapons to help them survive the undead onslaught.

In this game, you play as The Drengr, a Viking warrior serving an unjust penance. Having been mysteriously freed, you realize that the Al-Father has risen an army of the undead that you now must face and defeat. Controls are your typical FPS fare and there will be various weapons and armor pick-ups to find along the way as you make your perilous escape.
There will also be a variety of enemy types that you will encounter in the game, ranging from ax-wielders to spellcasters, and even cannonball shooters. One thing to keep in mind before giving this game a try is: It has a short playthrough, which will take roughly around 15-20 mins to fully complete depending on how you play it.
Has potential for something more
Overall, IVOR is a great little first-person shooter with a unique setting and is a lot of fun to play. The presentation and gameplay deserve praise for offering a similar look and feel to classic shooter games like Doom or Quake. While the game runs on the short side, it is no less worth giving a try.
